LE GOLFETTE
“Le Golfette – Villas at the Golf ” are located in the municipality of Manerba del Garda right in front of the golf courses of the renowned Gardagolf in Soiano del Lago.
In a quiet location, set in a residential context, completely autonomous and independent with all services, “Le Golfette – Villas at the Golf ” are small villas just finished in their construction with low environmental impact.
The modern and carefully chosen furnishings give a touch of class and elegance to the whole context making them immediately appreciated by those who discover them for the first time.
The cottages enjoy an ideal location for discovering Lake Garda and its surroundings, from naturalistic beauties to those for recreation, from those that stimulate our intellect to those that engage our palate.
There are numerous places to visit: Brescia, the provincial capital that is home to “Santa Giulia,” one of the most important museums declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site; the quaint town of Limone del Garda; the Heller Botanical Garden and the Vittoriale degli Italiani in Gardone Riviera; the Domus Romana in Desenzano; the Grotte di Catullo and the Sirmione Castle; Garda Island; the Rocca di Manerba with its adjoining Archaeological Nature Park; and La Valtenesi and its pretty towns and villages.
For those who would like to indulge in a wellness break, we recall the thermal baths of Sirmione and Lazise, the amusement parks of Gardaland and Canevaworld, Parco Natura Viva, Parco Sigurtà, the bicycle touring routes around the lake and in the surrounding hills, and finally golf, where among the various names the Garda Golf of Soiano del Lago stands out, right in front of the “Golfette”.

The villas are developed on three levels:
basement with large living room, bedroom with bathroom and laundry area;
ground floor consisting of modern kitchen complete with all appliances, bathroom and comfortable living room overlooking outdoor patio;
second floor with two bedrooms with balcony overlooking Valtenesi hills and large windowed
bathroom.
Each Villa has a private outdoor seasonal swimming pool, a large garden and a private outdoor covered parking space.
Our guests can take advantage of free storage bikes; bicycle rental.
All villas have independent heating and air conditioning.

After that time the penalty will be 100% of the amount booked. No prepayment is needed.
