The residence is situated in a quiet location on the west coast of Lake Garda in Moniga del Garda, away from traffic and close to the historic center.

It consists of only six residential units with a communal swimming pool and solarium area equipped with umbrellas, sunbeds and deck chairs. Large areas of greenery frame this small and comfortable residence where guests will find tranquility and refreshment of the mind, a detail that makes it an ideal place for a relaxing vacation.

The residence enjoys an ideal location for discovering Lake Garda and its surroundings, from naturalistic beauties to those for recreation, from those that stimulate our intellect to those that involve our palate.

There are numerous places to visit: Brescia, the provincial capital that is home to “Santa Giulia,” one of the most important museums declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site; the quaint town of Limone del Garda; the Heller Botanical Garden and the Vittoriale degli Italiani in Gardone Riviera; the Domus Romana in Desenzano; the Grotte di Catullo and the Sirmione Castle; Garda Island; the Rocca di Manerba with its adjoining Archaeological Nature Park; and La Valtenesi and its pretty towns and villages.

For those who would like to indulge in a wellness break, we recall the thermal baths of Sirmione and Lazise, the amusement parks of Gardaland and Canevaworld, Parco Natura Viva, Parco Sigurtà, the bicycle touring routes around the lake and in the surrounding hills, and finally golf, where among the various names the Garda Golf of Soiano del Lago stands out.

FACILITIES

Spacious three-room apartments on the ground floor with a garden and on the first floor with large outdoor terraces. Outdoors, each apartment has a table with chairs and blackout curtains for added privacy. Beautifully furnished, they are equipped with central heating, air conditioning, TV and free Wi-Fi. Kitchens are complete with stove, dishwasher, oven, refrigerator with freezer and equipped with dishes, kettle and coffee maker. Bathrooms are equipped with wall-hung sanitary ware, hair dryer, courtesy set and supplied with both bath and bed linen (upon request for a fee). Each apartment has a basement garage with two parking spaces and laundry corner. A barbecue and an outdoor swimming pool with
sunbathing area are also available in the shared garden.

Our guests can take advantage of free storage bikes; bicycle rental.
